To provide a commercial product sales data processing device, an electronic receipt management server, and a program that can notify consumers (customers) of the occurrence of some event.SOLUTION: A commercial product sales data processing device includes: receipt information generation means for generating receipt information associated with a recipient code and indicating transaction contents of a commercial product to be settled; and output means for converting the receipt information for one transaction into electronic receipt information in a structured format and outputting it to an external device.
