PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower structure of an indoor pool capable of protecting a heat generation layer from welding heat and load at the time of construction of an indoor pool frame placed on an upper part of the heat generation layer and having leakage detection and leakage expansion prevention functions capable of minimizing leakage.;SOLUTION: The substructure comprises a plurality of optical fibers 4 serving as temperature sensors, a flat layer and/or tubular heat generating layers 5 each constituted by an absorbing heat-generating material 5a which is laid on and/or covers the periphery of the optical fiber 4 and which has a water-absorbing property and a heat-generating property at the time of water absorption, which is a mixture of substances which generate heat by reacting with the water-absorbing polymer and water, and a protective layer 6 made of a water-permeable heat insulating material 6a having heat-insulation and heat resistance properties besides water permeability laid over the heat generating layer 5.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
