PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output an AD conversion result of each channel obtained from an individual output cycle without dropping any results.;SOLUTION: AN ID addition part 13 adds IDi to identify an AD conversion result to an AD conversion result of a channel Chi obtained from each output cycle of each of AD conversion parts 11, a register 14 holds the AD conversion results having the ID for each channel CHi, an AD conversion control part 12 outputs a periodic signal indicating the shortest output cycle TDx among output cycles TDi of the channels CHi as a conversion completion signal DRDY indicating completion of the AD conversion to a data processing part 20, an I/F part 15 outputs serial data obtained by conversion of the AD conversion result having the ID in response to a readout instruction from the data processing part 20 corresponding to the conversion completion signal DRDY to the data processing part 20.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
