A gas diffusion layer-integrated gasket for a fuel cell having a sheet-shaped gas diffusion layer used in a fuel cell for a fuel cell vehicle, and a gasket made of a rubber material bonded to the outer periphery of the gas diffusion layer, and a gasket-integrated membrane-electrode assembly having the same is initiated. In the disclosed gas diffusion layer-integrated gasket, a through hole penetrating through the gas diffusion layer in the thickness direction is formed in the outer periphery of the gas diffusion layer. The gasket of the gas diffusion layer integrated gasket includes an impregnation joint formed by impregnating and vulcanizing a liquid rubber material on the outer periphery of the gas diffusion layer, and a rubber connecting portion formed by filling and vulcanizing a through hole of the outer periphery of the liquid rubber material.
