A high-strength lightweight composite floor slab and a floor slab layer system thereof. The high-strength lightweight composite floor slab comprises: an expanded polystyrene granule foam concrete slab (1); a steel plate pallet (2) wrapped around the outside of the expanded polystyrene granule foam concrete slab (1); and cover plate bodies fixed on upper and lower surfaces of the steel plate pallet (2). The steel plate pallet (2) comprises C-shaped steel plates (21) provided at two sides thereof, and upper and lower sides of end portions of the C-shaped steel plates (21) at the two sides are respectively connected by means of transversely provided connection steel plates (22) to form a quadrangular frame, and a steel mesh (23) is fixed at the bottom of the quadrangular frame. The high-strength lightweight composite floor slab is provided with the steel plate pallet at the outer side of the expanded polystyrene granule foam concrete slab, overcoming the defect that the expanded polystyrene granule foam concrete has no reinforcement force, so that an expanded polystyrene granule foam concrete material can be used for a floor slab, and the resulted floor slab has the advantages of light weight and high strength. Furthermore, the present invention has a simple construction procedure, and low technical requirements for on-site mounting, and a short construction period, and can also be recycled after being removed, meeting the requirements of environmental protection and civilized construction.
