A portable nuclear magnetic resonance organ elasticity non-invasive quantitative measurement method, constructing a system architecture by adopting a portable nuclear magnetic resonance system, a mechanical vibration excitation device, and a console. The portable nuclear magnetic resonance system mainly comprises an NMR spectrum analyzer, a power amplifier, a preamplifier, a transceiver switching module, a portable magnet module, and a probe. When acting on a human body, the portable nuclear magnetic resonance system has no damage to organs and tissues and does not require any incision, thereby achieving safe and accurate, quantitative and non-invasive organ elasticity measurement. The system is simplified, and scientific and reasonable; the device has the advantages of being simple and optimized, light in weight, small in size and convenient to carry, realizing a one-key operation, having no dependence on an operator and high repeatability, and being widely applied in bedside testing and rapid screening; imaging is not required, the measurement time is short, the motion sensitive gradient has certain motion frequency selectivity, the measurement process is not susceptible to motion, and the accuracy is high.
