A microwave sensing-based full-field vibration measurement method, comprising: step 1, repeatedly emitting linear frequency modulated continuous wave microwave signals via one or more emitting antennae; step 2, receiving reflected signals of targets and/or measurement points via a plurality of receiving antennae, and mixing the received signals with a local oscillator signal to obtain intermediate frequency baseband signals of multiple channels; step 3, collecting the intermediate frequency baseband signals of the various channels, and implementing full-field target and/or measurement point differentiation and positioning on the basis of distance and angle combined dimensions; step 4, extracting vibration displacement time domain information of the measured targets and/or measurement points. Full-field target and/or measurement point positioning, differentiation and phase evolution tracking performed on the basis of distance and angle combined dimensions implements full-field target and/or measurement point synchronous vibration information measurement, thereby solving the problem that the prior art cannot implement full-field vibration measurement and interference suppression.
