The embodiments of the present application disclose a refrigeration system and a heat exchange system used for heat dissipation of an electronic control component of an air conditioning system; the refrigeration system comprises a first system and a second system; the first system comprises a compressor, a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, an electronic control component, and a first throttle member; the second system comprises a first heat exchange component and a heat dissipation member; the first heat exchange component comprises a first channel and a second channel which are isolated from each other; the second communication port of the first channel is in communication with the second opening of the compressor, or the second communication port of the first channel is connected to the second opening of the second heat exchanger; the first communication port of the heat dissipation member is in communication with the first communication port of the second channel; the second communication port of the heat dissipation member is in communication with the second communication port of the second channel; the heat dissipation member comprises a heat dissipation surface in contact with the electronic control component, used for conducting heat dissipation of the electronic control component; when the refrigeration system is operating, the first refrigerant in the first system is kept separate from the second refrigerant in the second system. The refrigeration system of the embodiments of the present application improves the heat dissipation performance of the electronic control component, facilitating the improvement of system performance.
