A traveling rail comprising a rail body (22) and a power supply unit (23), wherein: the rail body (22) is provided with a upper plate (26) which is formed plate-like along a width direction (Y), a lower plate (27) which is formed plate-like along the width direction (Y) and positioned on the lower side (Z2) of the upper plate (26), and an intermediate plate (28) which is formed plate-like along a vertical direction (Z) and which connects the end of the upper plate (26) on a width-direction first side (Y1) and the end of the lower plate (27) on a width-direction first side (Y2); the power supply unit (23) is disposed in a space (S) surrounded by the upper plate (26), the intermediate plate (28), and the lower plate (27) in the rail body (22); a traveling surface (F1) is formed on a surface facing an upper side (Z1) in the upper plate (26); and the lower plate (27) is provided with a lower flat plate (27A) formed flat plate-like along an extending direction (X) and the width direction (Y) and a bulging groove (27B) that is formed continuous along the extending direction (X) and that bulges to the lower side (Z2) of the lower flat plate (27A).
