The present invention relates to an antibacterial and antifungal composition comprising plant water of green Citrus unshiu as an active ingredient, and a method for producing the plant water of green Citrus unshiu. The present invention produces the plant water of green Citrus unshiu, which has a low industrial value, and utilizes same as an antibacterial and antifungal composition, thereby securing the cost efficiency of preparation of the composition. In addition, the present invention exhibits excellent antibacterial and antifungal activity against various bacteria, and thus can be widely used as a cosmetic material, a feminine cleanser, a topical agent, or an ingredient in food.
