Disclosed is an NB-IoT monitoring system for real-time diagnosis of hydrogen-in-oil transformers. The monitoring system of the present invention includes a reaction chamber 110, a hydrogen sensor 120 manufactured according to one side of the present invention mounted in the reaction chamber 110, and an MFC ( Mass Flow Controller) 130, and a voltage and current applying device 140 for applying voltage and current to the hydrogen sensor, the reaction chamber 110 in which the hydrogen sensor 120 is mounted is hydrogen gas and a sensor When reacting, the hydrogen gas is controlled to the outside and the amount of hydrogen gas is precisely controlled through the MFC 130 to create a hydrogen gas concentration of a desired ratio, thereby detecting the concentration of hydrogen in the insulating oil inside the transformer and using it remotely. Since it can be monitored in the transformer, it has the effect of always identifying and diagnosing the abnormal state of the transformer.
