The present invention relates to a dedusting device and a dedusting method, and to be suitable as an aggregate for making concrete, from stone dust, recycled aggregate (regenerated aggregate), and stone powder that is produced and disposed of in the course of recycling treatment and crushing of existing rocks or waste concrete. By removing unnecessary fine particles and foreign substances (dust) such as soil and fine powder (less than 0.074 mm in diameter), sand or gravel, which is a recycled aggregate, can be produced and supplied in accordance with the well-known quality standards currently in use. Furthermore, in the present invention, the dust discharge guide primarily guides the dust separated by the high-pressure sprayed air pressure and discharges it through the dust outlet, and again the air circulation guide recirculates the remaining dust that has not been discharged to the dust outlet. The separation and removal effect can be maximized.
