A pupil tracking method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: (a) detecting an upper eyelid and a lower eyelid in the eye, and detecting the degree of eye opening; (b) detecting a pupil between the upper and lower eyelids; (c) generating pupil coordinates for the sensed pupil; and (d) calculating a coordinate value for a point of the pupil from the pupil coordinates.
