The present invention relates to a novel protein loss bowel disease model and uses thereof. According to the present invention, the animal model of protein loss bowel disease produced by the method for producing an animal model of protein loss bowel disease of the present invention is an excellent animal model for studying protein loss bowel disease in vivo. It can be usefully used for effective screening for effective diagnosis of intestinal diseases and development of therapeutic agents.
