The present invention relates to a server and method for automatically controlling regenerative braking of an eco-friendly vehicle, and according to an embodiment of the present invention, the regenerative braking level is calculated and calculated in consideration of driving information and driving environment of the vehicle through the regenerative braking control server. By transmitting the regenerative braking level to the regenerative braking control device located in the vehicle, the regenerative braking is performed by receiving the regenerative braking level transmitted from the regenerative braking control server through the vehicle’s regenerative braking control device even if the driver of the vehicle does not directly set the regenerative braking level. By doing so, driving convenience, stability, and fuel efficiency can be improved.
