The present invention relates to an optimal ripple maintenance system for a high-capacity power converter having a parallel structure applied to a hydrogen fuel vehicle, which reduces current ripple by applying an interleaving technique, and increases the frequency during parallel connection and parallel control between IBC modules to increase the current The purpose is to maintain the ripple. To this end, the present invention relates to an optimal ripple maintenance system of a high-capacity power converter having a parallel structure applied to a hydrogen fuel vehicle, and a plurality of IBC module units 100 that are connected in parallel to constitute the power converter 1000; and a parallel control unit 200 for maintaining the ripple for maintaining the input current (Iin) ripple by varying the switching frequency during parallel control between the IBC module unit 100, and the IBC module unit 100 is, a ripple reduction inverse coupling unit 110 configured on the input side to reduce the ripple of the input current by applying an interleaving technique; a switching unit 120 connected in parallel to the output side of the ripple reduction inverse coupling unit 110 for switching; and a rectifying unit 130 for rectifying each connected to the output side of the ripple reduction inverse coupling unit 110 .
