The present invention relates to a method for providing information for diagnosis of coronavirus infection, a primer for diagnosing whether or not coronavirus infection, a composition for diagnosing coronavirus infection including the primer, and a kit for diagnosing infection including the primer or composition. The information providing method for the diagnosis of coronavirus infection of the present invention can safely, inexpensively, and quickly and accurately diagnose whether an asymptomatic target is infected with a virus such as SARS-CoV-2. Furthermore, the primer for diagnosing coronavirus infection of the present invention has significantly superior sensitivity and accuracy compared to the existing SARS-CoV-2 RNA detection primer, and SARS- using an inexpensive and fast detection method such as SYBR Green-based RT-PCR. It is useful for detecting CoV-2 RNA or diagnosing SARS-CoV-2 infection.
