PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barnacle aquaculture technique which does not pollute the ocean. As shown in FIG. 7b, a barnacle attractant 25 is filled in a settlement point 12. As shown in FIG. 7c, barnacle larvae 26 floating in the sea settle in the vicinity of the settlement point 12. As shown in FIG. 7d, the barnacles grow along the radially arranged grooves 17 to become adults 27. The aquaculture substrate 11 is not coated with antifouling coating.
