PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold heat recovery system capable of suppressing blockage of a heat exchanger due to solidification of a heat medium and improving the reliability of a cold heat recovery system when a small heat exchanger is used. SOLUTION: A working fluid circulation line 4 for circulating a working fluid having a freezing point lower than that of water, a cold heat recovery device 41 including a turbine 42 driven by the working fluid, and heat exchange between the liquefied gas and the working fluid are performed. A first heat exchanger 51, an intermediate heat medium circulation line 6 for circulating an intermediate heat medium having a freezing point lower than that of water, and a second heat exchanger provided downstream of the working fluid circulation line.
