PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cost of energy and the like. SOLUTION: An upward energy is generated in a tank by utilizing the difference in gravity between water (liquid or the like) and air (gas or the like). Connect a device with a splash that can open and close the upward energy generated in the tank, and a chain-shaped and crank-shaped bicycle to convert it into rotational energy. This rotational energy transfer device is installed in the center of the tank. Fill the tank with water (liquid, etc.) from a pipe, etc. Fill the tank with compressed air (gas, etc.). Pour water (liquid, etc.) downward from the top to the bottom. The energy is used as electricity by using a generator or used as another energy source.
