The present invention provides a shape interpolation method, (a) based on a three-dimensional image of the heart and physiological information obtained when the three-dimensional image is captured, a three-dimensional standard for organs that change periodically according to the movement of the heart generating a model; and (b) obtaining a physiological signal for the heart, and determining a three-dimensional target model corresponding to an acquisition time of the physiological signal by using the three-dimensional reference model.
