The present invention relates to a color yarn with improved stratum bonding strength, a method for manufacturing the same, and a security paper including the same, and more particularly, hydrogen between cellulose, the main component of the security paper, and the color yarn by manufacturing the color yarn using natural fibers and/or regenerated fibers. By forming the bond, the stratum bonding force between the security paper and the color yarn is improved, so that the color yarn dropout of the security paper is significantly reduced during the printing process and distribution, and the leaf fiber is used as a material for the color yarn before manufacturing into paper. It is effective in solving problems such as being able to form fibrils on the surface of fibers due to mechanical treatment with a beater or refiner.
