Including a shard distribution unit that distributes multiple nodes, it is possible to prevent malicious nodes from being concentrated on a specific shard, so it is possible to suppress the collusion of malicious nodes in each shard to not only attack abnormal consensus, but also to modify the opinions of other nodes while normalizing consensus. It is possible to provide a shard distribution device and method of a blockchain network that can prevent passive attacks.
