Mass spectrometry-based method of quantifying receptor proteins used for breast cancer subtyping and its use

The present application discloses a method for quantifying HER2, ER, PR, and AR markers widely used for subtype classification of breast cancer from breast cancer tissue samples using mass spectrometry. The method according to the present application can overcome the limitations inherent in the staining-based method, thereby accurately measuring the protein expression level in the tumor tissue.
