An apparatus and method for determining a beamforming vector for a distributed large multiple antenna system are disclosed. The method for determining a beamforming vector includes: determining an initial beamforming vector using an arbitrary vector; determining a beamforming vector of a current time by using a beamforming vector of a previous time; normalizing the beamforming vector of the current time by using the number of APs; and when the normalized beamforming vector satisfies the optimization condition, renormalizing the beamforming vector of the current time according to the beamforming vector optimized for each user.
