An error handling method in nucleotide sequence analysis includes the steps of, by an analysis device, obtaining sequence information of a plurality of reads for a sample, wherein the analysis device analyzes data using sequence information of at least some of the plurality of reads generating a plurality of tasks to be processed; generating, by the analysis device, a hash value based on sequence information input to each task for the plurality of tasks; Identifying a target task having the same hash value as the hash value of the specific task from among the pre-processed task group including tasks for which data processing has been completed with respect to a specific task in which an error has occurred, and the analysis apparatus output value of the target task and performing analysis by substituting the output value of the specific task.
