The non-inverting input of output operational amplifier (5) is connected to first output (3) of the device via series-connected first (6), second (7) and third (8) resistors. The non-inverting input of output operational amplifier (5) is connected to first output (3) of the device via first capacitor (9). The common node of first (6) and second (7) resistors is connected to second output (4) of the device via second capacitor (10). The inverting input of output operational amplifier (5) and signal source (2) are matched to the common bus of power supply (11). The filter also contains third capacitor (12) and fourth resistor (13). Additional capacitor (14) is introduced into the device circuit, and input (1) of the device is connected to the common node of second (7) and third (8) resistors through a series-connected additional capacitor (14) and third (12) capacitor.
