PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor chip for simply and highly accurately measuring the amount and the ratio of a ground substance in a liquid sample like urine or the like, its module and a sensor using them.;SOLUTION: A fluid channel 17 is formed in a plurality of thin films 10 thermally separated from a substrate 1, a reaction part 6 with a prescribed enzyme 4 fixed and a reference part 7 with no enzyme 4 are thermally formed in the fluid channel 17 in a substantially equal manner, a temperature sensor 20 is provided in the reaction part 6 and a temperature sensor 20R for reference is provided in the reference part 7, a liquid sample to be detected arrives at the reaction part 6 and the reference part 7 through the fluid channel 17 provided in the thin film 10, a heating quantity from a contact heat reaction of a specific ground substance component with the enzyme 4 is measured by using difference detection between the temperature sensor 20 of the reaction part 6 and the temperature sensor 20R for reference, and thereby information on the quantity of the specific ground substance component in the liquid sample and these ratios is acquired.
