To provide a high frequency warming treatment device which can stabilize properties of solution and contributes to improved durability of the device and extension of its service life.SOLUTION: Cooling water for high frequency warming treatment is a solution to be stored in second boluses 41, 42 which are interposed between first boluses 112, 122 which are stuck to principle surfaces of electrodes 111, 121 for applying high frequency to an affected part in a living body and has an electrolytic solution stored therein, and the living body.
