PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a human T cell and a method for cell-based immunotherapy which can be used for supplementation or regeneration of immune function, which becomes effective tools in ameliorating pathological conditions of and improving the effect of treatment of diseases.;SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method which comprises the steps of inducing an iPS cell from a human T cell, and differentiating the iPS cell into a T cell, the produced human T cell retaining the TCR gene rearrangement pattern of the original human T lymphocytes.
