The present invention relates to a cartridge-type insulin smart syringe, wherein the cartridge-type insulin smart syringe automatically records and manages the medication time notification and medication information by linking the insulin administration site, date, and time by an application of a portable terminal. It provides information to increase the efficiency of self-management, and in particular, it is configured to replace the insulin cartridge unit by drug type and dose, so that anyone can easily administer the amount of insulin, as well as skin hardening due to duplicate administration, reduction of drug efficiency, and unnecessary pain. In order to prevent this, the body portion 10, the insulin cartridge portion 20, the controller 30, and a lamp 40 are included.
