A method of controlling a person's activity, comprising the following at a communication device: - acquire a set of time slots, - acquire (P1) data representing different activities of said person, - organize (P2) said acquired data into at least two data samples according to their respective timestamps, - classify (P4) said at least two samples according to at least one unsupervised classification method, generating a second class of samples, - compare (P5) the first and second classes with each other, delivering a comparison value, - compare (P6) the comparison value, with at least two other comparison values obtained for said at least one time slot, over respectively at least two other durations, -transmitting (P7; P7 ’) a message to a device according to the result of said comparison of said comparison value with at least the other two comparison values.
