METHOD FOR COOPERATIVE TREATMENT OF KITCHEN WASTE, HOUSEHOLD WASTE AND SEWAGE PLANT SLUDGE

A method for the cooperative treatment of kitchen waste, household waste and sewage plant sludge. A household waste incineration step is executed on a solid-phase material obtained after solid-liquid separation of kitchen waste, such that the solid-phase material of the kitchen waste is incinerated together with household waste to generate electricity; and an oil-water mixed liquid obtained after the solid-liquid separation of the kitchen waste is selectively mixed with sludge, thereby effectively controlling the heat value and the fluidity of a sludge mixture, and ensuring that the sludge is successfully dried and incinerated. The heat value of sludge is increased, such that the usage amount of natural gas for sludge drying and incineration can be reduced, thereby achieving an energy-saving effect; moreover, the problem of leachate membrane clogging caused by mixed fermentation grease of kitchen waste and household waste is solved; in addition, a water phase obtained after grease is separated from kitchen waste by means of liquid-phase separation has good biodegradability, thereby facilitating the cooperative treatment of same and leachate of household waste. An oil-water mixed liquid separated from kitchen waste by means of a solid-liquid separation apparatus is removed through drying and combustion after being mixed with sludge, without the need for an anaerobic fermentation treatment, thereby effectively saving water resources.
