Disclosed are a permeability-enhancing oil displacement system of a tight oil reservoir, a preparation thereof and an application thereof. The permeability-enhancing oil displacement system is composed of a surfactant, an oil-soluble substance and water, and is in the state of oil-in-water droplets; the outer phase thereof is an aqueous solution containing the surfactant, and the inner phase thereof is the oil-soluble substance; the surfactant comprises one or a combination of two or more among a non-ionic gemini surfactant and an anionic gemini surfactant. The described permeability-enhancing oil displacement system features a simple preparation process operation, is suitable for industrial production, has low overall costs, and has obvious application prospects in the field of improved recovery rate in tight oil reservoirs.
