An atrial fibrillation signal classification method and device, and a terminal and a storage medium, applicable to the technical field of vital sign recognition. The method comprises: acquiring atrial fibrillation signals of a plurality of users (S401); performing clustering operation on the plurality of atrial fibrillation signals to obtain at least one atrial fibrillation clustering group (S402); and respectively recognizing an atrial fibrillation type corresponding to each atrial fibrillation clustering group (S403). By means of clustering, other users having a same or similar atrial fibrillation signal of the user are acquired and divided into a same group, and type recognition is performed on different groups, so that accurate atrial fibrillation classification and relative risk grading are implemented, the accuracy of atrial fibrillation classification and use experience of the users are improved, and employees in the field of heath and users are facilitated and guided to determine physical health conditions and locate the relative risk grading.
