The present application provides a method, an apparatus and a device for determining a deletion rate of repeated sequences in a genome, and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring fluorescence data of each bacterium in a bacteria set and the total number of bacteria in the bacteria set, the bacteria in the bacteria set being obtained by division of one parent bacterium; determining a change type of a DNA sequence of each bacterium according to the fluorescence data of each bacterium, and counting the number of bacteria having repeated sequence deleted in the bacteria set; and according to the total number of bacteria in the bacteria set and the number of bacteria having repeated sequence deleted in the bacteria set, calculating a repeated sequence deletion rate of the parent bacterium. By means of the method for determining a deletion rate of repeated sequences in a genome provided in the present application, bacteria having repeated sequence deleted in a bacteria set can be directly identified by means of fluorescence data, and then a deletion rate of repeated sequences is calculated according to the number of bacteria having repeated sequence deleted.
