An optical fiber force sensing device (4), and a system and method for monitoring loosening of a bolt (3) or a nut. The optical fiber force sensing device (4) comprises an optical fiber (41) and two optical fiber connecting parts (42), wherein the two optical fiber connecting parts (42) are fixed on the optical fiber (41), and the length of the optical fiber (41) located between the two optical fiber connecting parts (42) is set to be greater than a linear distance between the two optical fiber connecting parts (42); a deformation sensing section (43) is provided on the optical fiber (41) between the two optical fiber connecting parts (42) and deforms when the optical fiber connecting parts (42) are subjected to external acting force. The system for monitoring the loosening of a bolt (3) or the nut implements real-time and accurate monitoring of the bolt (3) or the nut of a wind driven generator, can timely find the bolt (3) or nut loosening or bolt breaking condition of the wind driven generator so as to facilitate timely maintenance, improves the scientificity and reliability of routing inspection and maintenance of the wind driven generator, and reduces maintenance costs.
