METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SMOKING COMPOSITION FOR A HOOKAH

The invention relates to the technology for producing tobacco blends used for smoking in hookahs. In the claimed method for producing a smoking composition for a hookah, tobacco raw material on the basis of a blend of tobaccos of the Burley botanical variety is used, the blend being subjected to a preliminary testing procedure using high-sugar sweetenings, the tobacco raw material is cut and sweetened with a homogeneous blend of a glucose-fructose syrup such that a composite blend is produced, with subsequent primary fermentation of the composite blend for 5-10 hours at a temperature of 18-25°С, followed by secondary fermentation for 1-3 hours with constant mixing of the composite blend at a temperature of 120-140°С, and subsequent rapid cooling for 15-20 minutes to a temperature of 18-25°С, after which a final application of natural or nature-identical aromatic additives is carried out, followed by storage of the composite blend prior to packaging. The claimed smoking composition for a hookah makes it possible to produce smoke with a stable original flavouring profile for a lengthy period of smoking, with the density of flavour and stability of the aroma of the bouquet of smoke being maintained.
