The present invention relates to a pipe defect inspection apparatus using an ultrasonic C-scan device, and more particularly, generates ultrasonic waves to inspect whether there are cracks or cavities at the end of the cladding of a metal material protecting a nuclear fuel rod, and passes through the cladding. The present invention relates to a pipe defect inspection apparatus using an ultrasonic C-scan device to accurately identify the presence and location of defects by analyzing the waveform of an ultrasonic wave.
