The present invention relates to a pyrrolobenzodiazepine precursor and a ligand-linker conjugate compound thereof, a composition containing the same, and particularly for its therapeutic use as an anticancer agent, and has excellent stability and plasma stability of the compound, and has advantages in terms of toxicity expression.
