The present invention provides a method for preparing an isoxazoline-containing uracil compound through methylation. The isoxazoline-containing uracil compound represented by formula (I) is prepared by a methylation reaction between the compound represented by formula (II) and methyl chloride in a sealed container in the presence of an alkali, a catalyst, and an organic solvent, and the reaction formula is as follows. The definition of each group in the above formula is described in the detailed description. The manufacturing method provided by the present invention can avoid risks that may occur in the process of using iodomethane, is safe and environmentally friendly, has low cost and high product content, and is suitable for industrialization.
