METHOD OF MODELING A SET OF INDEPENDENT VIRTUAL COMMUNICATION NETWORKS BASED ON A SINGLE PHYSICAL NETWORK

FIELD: communication networks modeling.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of communication networks modeling, it can be used when designing communication systems and networks on physical and logical levels. In the claimed solution, there is a possibility of modeling a set of independent virtual communication networks based on a single physical network. The initial graph of the studied physical network with a set number of graph vertices is formed. The parameters of throughput capacity of each communication line are set. The process of data transmission in virtual networks is modeled. The parameters of memory and computing capacity of equipment on each communication unit of the physical network are additionally set, as well as routine algorithms and total time of a single statistical experiment. Virtual communication networks are ranked by importance.;EFFECT: technical result is expanding the functionality of means and methods of modeling due to expanding the limit set of independent virtual communication networks functioning on resources of the single physical network, providing a possibility of studying virtual networks separate from each other.;1 cl, 1 dwg
