The present invention relates to an A/ASIA/Sea-97 genotype foot-and-mouth disease virus vaccine line adapted for floating cell culture, a foot-and-mouth disease virus vaccine composition comprising the same, and a method for preparing the same, and more particularly, to A/ASIA/Sea-97 genotype. It relates to a foot-and-mouth disease virus vaccine line in which cell adaptability was established by alternately subcultures in adherent cells and suspended cells of foot-and-mouth disease virus, a vaccine composition comprising the inactivated virus vaccine line as an active ingredient, and a method for producing the same.
