A preparation method for a PVA fibre composite modified material used for machine-made products. The method comprises gluing and compositing PVA fibre produced by wet spinning with a gluing modification liquid (agent) during a non-woven fabric preparation process, the applicable processing techniques comprising a hot-rolling non-woven fabric preparation process, a needling non-woven fabric preparation process, a spunlace non-woven fabric preparation process, a wet (paper-making) non-woven fabric preparation process, and a dry (air-laid) non-woven fabric preparation process. The gluing modification liquid (agent) comprises the following components in parts by weight: PVA 100; composite plasticising agent 20-100; low-temperature toughening agent 3-8; filler 1-5; wetting penetration agent 0.2-1.0; anti-mildew agent 0.3-1.0; and water 350-550. The non-woven fabric prepared by means of said process has improved heat-sealing performance and strengthened mechanical and physical properties, and the texture thereof is also improved.
