A coating process for a segmented paper pulp bottle blank, comprising the following steps: S1, a film raw material is placed into a bottle to be coated; S2, an edge of an upper portion of the film raw material is turned over and the film raw material is fastened to an opening portion of the bottle to be coated; S3, the bottle to be coated to which the film raw material is fixed is placed into a coating mold; S4, a hot air blowing pipe is extended into the bottle to be coated; and S5, air is sucked by means of the coating mold, the bottle to be coated is adsorbed on an inner cavity wall of the coating mold, the hot air blowing pipe blows in hot air, and after passing through the hot air and being heated and softened, the film raw material expands and adheres to the inner wall of the bottle to be coated, and finally the mold is opened and the finished product is removed. Further disclosed is a production process for a segmented paper pulp bottle blank. The advantages of the present invention are that the process is simple, a bottle to be coated is adsorbed and fixed by using a negative pressure adsorbing effect, and then hot air is blown into a film raw material inside of the bottle to be coated. In one aspect, the film raw material may be softened; in another aspect, the film raw material may be inflated and adhered onto an inner wall of the bottle to be coated, and ultimately, coating is achieved, production costs are low, and popularization and use are convenient.
