The immunochromatographic test strip comprises a bottom plate (1); a water-absorbing pad (2), a detection pad (3), a gold-labeled pad (6), and a sample pad (7) are sequentially adhered on one surface of the bottom plate (1) from top to bottom; adjacent pads are connected in an overlapping manner at a connecting position; the detection pad (3) takes a nitrocellulose membrane as a base pad, a quality control line (4) and a detection line (5) are transversely provided on the nitrocellulose membrane, the quality control line (4) comprises a rabbit-anti-mouse polyclonal antibody, the detection line (5) is located below the quality control line (4), and the detection line (5) is coated with a diacetoxyscirpenol-ovalbumin conjugate; the gold-labeled pad (6) is transversely coated in a spraying manner with a nanogold-labeled anti-diacetoxyscirpenol monoclonal antibody, and the anti-diacetoxyscirpenol monoclonal antibody is produced by the secretion of hybridoma cell strain DAS5G11E7 having a collection number of CCTCC NO.C201881.
