A fermented peanut sprout pill of the present invention can be prepared by the steps of: cultivating peanut sprouts; drying the cultivated peanut sprouts; pulverizing the dried peanut sprouts; fermenting the pulverized peanut sprouts; and preparing the fermented peanut sprouts in the form of a pill. The fermented peanut spout pill according to the present invention not only exhibits good digestion and absorption, but also has the effect of maximizing the function of peanut sprouts and probiotics efficacy.
