The body portion 2 has an opening 21. The lid 3 is mounted on the main body 2 so as to close the opening 21. A resin coat portion 5 is formed at least in part of the contact portion 4 in which the cover portion 3 and the body portion 2 come into contact with each other when the cover portion 3 is mounted on the body portion 2.
