An antibody based GnRH receptor antagonist and method of making and using it are disclosed.An antibody based GnRH receptor antagonist is a ghr-106 monoclonal antibody (ghr-106) or its antigen binding fragment.Ghr-106 or its IgG fragment can be utilized for treatment of cancer in the subject of a man or woman currently using decapeptide GnRH antagonists and for therapeutic applications in the treatment of certain sex hormone related diseases or symptoms.
