A method for calibrating a microfluidic system is provided and the method comprises a predetermined number of fluorophores based on the use of beads having a structure based on DNA oligomers.Furthermore, a method for determining the level of antigens using microfluidic calibrated using fluorescent microbeads provided herein.There is also provided a method for determining the presence or state of a blood disorder by a calibrated microfluidic system.Diagram
